  • Who Are We?

    We are a growing aerospace company manufacturing parts for aircraft interiors.  Our seat cover division is growing and we’re looking for a junior CAD engineer to help us grow.   If you want to work within an environment where you are recognized and rewarded for your hard work in an enjoyable atmosphere, we'd love to talk to you.


    What does it require?

    • Preparing CAD drawings of our seat cover systems.
    • Digitizing paper templates to create digital drawing files.
    • Managing our digital content library. 

    What are we looking for?

    • Experience in AutoCAD, Solidworks OR CATIA
    • Excellent IT Skills
    • High level of attention to detail and organization skills
    • Ability to show initiative and work autonomously

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Certifiable skills in a major CAD platform from AutoCAD, Solidworks or CATIA
    • Ability testing will be carried out on 3d modeling and drawing, so please come prepared.

  • Who Are We?

    We are a growing aerospace company manufacturing parts for aircraft interiors.  Our seat cover division is growing and we’re looking for qualified sewers with upholstery experience to aid our growth. If you want to work in an engaging and rewarding environment, read on.  


    What does it require?

    •  Experience in industrial sewing and preferably in cover seaming, overlocking     and flatlocker

    •   Experience with sewing leather preffered

    •   Examining products or work to verify conformance to specifications.

  • Program Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Communicates with Customers who are typically aircraft seating OEM’s.
    • Acts as the key liaison between internal staff and external customers.
    • Acts as the receiver and manager of all program specific customer data and ensures that all relevant departments have the information required.  Works with customers, suppliers and internal staff to ensure all required data is uptodate
    • When initial contracts are won, the PM leads a PPAP analysis and collates all customer data into a central file for program control.
    • Monitoring and responsibility for all program milestones
    • Keeps record of all program actions for internal actions
    • Attends or organizes weekly telecons with Key Suppliers with purchasing department and with Customer/OEM
    • Captures all items in single open action list (RAIL) to prevent hidden issues
    • Assign actions and tracks on time completion of related actions within Aerofoam and Aerofoam suppliers in coordination with other departments
    • Participates in main reviews with customer and OEM (PDR, CDR, FAI)
    • Follows Supplier Development Plan and related documents
    • Minimum monthly follow up of Profit & Loss, NRC & RC status, and projected EBITA
    • Track NRE budget, checking a verifying Cost to Complete data for CFO
    • Issues Change requests forms and coordinates with Product/Purchasing/Sales
    • Follow up and coordinates the analysis of NRE, NRC, RC for manufactured and purchased parts
    • Initiates cost reduction actions (80-20) on regular basis
    • Raises alerts on program risks with financial impacts
    • Forward and address customer requests internally throughout Aerofoams
    • Captures and limits customer design changes in coordination with project engineer and R&D team.
    • Promotes Aerofoams within customer organization and engagement

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required. PMP certification preferred
    Experience: 3-5 years of program management experience. 
    Computer Skills: familiarity with MS Office programs, familiarity with MS Project
    Other Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Business travel up to 20% of the time. Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement preferred.

  • Who Are We?

    We are a growing aerospace company manufacturing parts for aircraft interiors.  Our seat cover division is growing and we’re looking for an Upholstery R&D1 to help us grow.   If you want to work within an environment where you are recognized and rewarded for your hard work in an enjoyable atmosphere, we'd love to talk to you.  This is a junior role to support our existing development department and on the job training will be provided.


    What does it require?

    • Designing and Developing Aircraft Seat Cover Systems
    • Preparing and creating templates for seat covers from samples or existing covers.
    • Marking leather for defects
    • Cutting leather and fabric to template
    • Sewing of samples to create final seat cover samples

    • Identifying leather flaws and defects
    • Manual handling
