Driving Directions

San Diego International (SAN)

75 miles - 1 hour Drive

Directions:
Leaving SAN, head onto the 5 north, before merging onto the I8 East. A few miles in, look for the signs for the 163, signposted to Escondido. Follow the 163 until you hit the I15 north and head up through Escondido for around 45 miles until you reach the exit for Bundy Canyon Road. At the exit turn left under the freeway and head straight until you reach Mission Trail. Turn right onto Misson Trail at the Gas station and continue until Corydon at the 1st Traffic lights. Turn left onto Bundy and we’re the first building on the right hand side.

Ontario International Airport (ONT)

41 miles – 50 minutes

Directions:
Leaving ONT head East on I10 until it meets the I15 and head south. Head south until you hit the exit for Diamond Drive (at the Ford Dealership). Exit and turn right pass through the 1st set of lights and turn left at the second set of lights onto Mission Trail. Follow the road for approx. 1.5 miles until you reach Corydon and turn right onto Corydon. We’re the first building on the right hand side.

Los Angeles International (LAX)

80 miles

Directions:
Leave the airport and head east on the 105 , keep going until it ends at the 605 and head south. Head south until you hit the SR91. Once you get onto the SR91 head East (signedposted Riverside) until you hit the 15 and then head south. Good Luck with the traffic!

Orange County – John Wayne International (SNA)

55 miles - 50 minutes

Directions:
Two choices here, largely depending on the time of day:

  1. Head out of the airport north onto the 405 and immediately look for the 55 North exit. Take the 55 north which runs up to the SR91. Now, if youre in rush hour (4pm-6pm) avoid this route, the SR91 has the worst rush hour traffic of any freeway in North America. But, if you have a Fastrak pass, there is a dedicated distributor road that feeds from the 55, into the 91 and take you almost as far as the I15. The fastpass road is being extended to loop all the way into the I15 and should be complete sometime in late 2016, so not long before its actually a superfast route. For now, treat it with caution. Once you get onto the SR91 head East until you hit the 15 and then head south.
  2. The other option is to head south on the 405 and then merge onto the I5 south. At Mission Viejo, exit for the 74, aka Ortega Highway and follow the road over the hills down into Lake Elsinore. It’s a single track road and in peak hours there are traffic lights at Nicholls meaning that the traffic backs up a little. But, it’s a pleasant and scenic route. As you drop over the mountain, there are great views of Lake Elsinore as you come down the mountain. After you drop down onto Grand Avenue, turn right and head straight until you hit Corydon after approx 6 miles. Turn Left onto Corydon and we’re a mile or two down on the left hand side, last building, cant miss it!

Hotels

Sadly Lake Elsinore is not famed for the quality of its guest rooms. But neighbouring Temecula and its vineyards most certainly are. Best pick is the Ponte Winery (www.pontewinery.com) and we have a special negotiated corporate rate. The Ponte Winery has one of Temecula’s top ranked restaurants and the hotel is equally peaceful. It’s a great location to work while away from home and has free Wifi throughout. The hotel has a cool cellar winebar, great for relaxing after a hard day designing seat cushions and there is a gym onsite for runners and the workout guys. Must make note that there is no pool, but you’re working, so you shouldn’t be sipping Chardonnay on a lounger anyway! Ask your contact at Aerofoams for our corporate rate and enjoy your stay.

If you cant stay at Ponte, there are various hotels from the major chains in Temecula, we would recommend Temecula or Murrieta as hotel destinations.
