Aerofoam is proud to release a new series of high-resilient comfort foams. These new materials have been developed in response to the overwhelming amount of complaints airlines have been receiving in regards to seat comfort. Through extensive research Aerofoam has decided to release six graphite filled foam grades, adapt four currently used grades to become high resilient, and release new formulations of current flotation foams. This new release will allow Aerofoam to customize their seat cushions in regards to comfort and weight. Each one of these foams are lighter than their conventional counterparts and will save weight for each PAX. These materials allow Aerofoam the versatility to manufacture cushions for different applications and customers with ease. Passenger awareness will just keep growing and the amount of time and effort spent on maximizing cabin comfort needs to follow. Complacency will and has bred distaste, and passengers continue to flock to airlines with the interior comfort they deserve.
